These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Xecution Cheats, including its website, accounts, digital products, support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “Xecution,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Xecution Cheats.
By creating an account, browsing the Service, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. Notify us through Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Accounts may be created with email/password or supported identity providers such as Google and Discord. A connected Discord account may be required for products or access that are delivered through Discord. We may require verification or additional information where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or investigate misuse.
The Service offers digital gaming products and related access. Product descriptions, supported platforms, plan durations, availability, and status are shown on the Service and may change. Availability is not a promise that a product will remain available, compatible, or purchasable at all times.
Prices are displayed in the applicable storefront currency and are subject to correction for clear errors. A submitted checkout request is not an acceptance of an order. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or misuse is suspected.
Coupons, XP, rewards, and discounts are promotional features. Their eligibility, limits, availability, and terms are determined at checkout using current account and product information. They have no cash value, may not be transferred unless we expressly allow it, and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn where permitted by law.
Payments are processed only through payment methods made available in the Service. Where Razorpay or another processor is enabled, its terms and privacy practices also apply to that transaction. Do not send payment details through support messages.
After a trusted payment confirmation, eligible digital access may be delivered to your account and, where applicable, to a Discord account you have linked. Delivery and activation can depend on product availability, account eligibility, Discord membership, and successful role assignment. We do not guarantee immediate activation in every circumstance.
Access is provided for the duration shown for the selected plan, unless the product or plan states otherwise. Time-limited access can expire at the end of its applicable period. Lifetime or permanent access, if expressly offered, does not mean a guarantee of uninterrupted availability of the Service or third-party platforms. Discord roles and linked access may be removed when an entitlement expires, is revoked, or can no longer be supported.
The Refund Policy is the canonical source for refund terms. Do not assume that a digital product is refundable unless the published Refund Policy or applicable law says so.
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
If you submit a review, support message, or other content, you remain responsible for it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable community standards.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, violation of these Terms, or protection of the Service and its users. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
The Service’s branding, content, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited access to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. The Service may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Google, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, and gaming platforms; their availability and policies are outside our control.
The Service may be unavailable, changed, maintained, or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xecution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or access arising from use of or inability to use the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold Xecution harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Xecution’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Any required venue will be determined under those applicable laws. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
