This Privacy Policy explains how Xecution Cheats (“Xecution,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, customer account, digital product storefront, support channels, and related services.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
We use information to operate and secure the Service, create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process and validate orders, deliver digital access, manage Discord-linked entitlements, provide support, administer XP and coupons, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
The Service uses authentication cookies supplied by our authentication infrastructure to maintain your signed-in session. It also uses browser local or session storage for functional preferences and features, including currency preference, cart contents, a purchase intent during checkout, sound preference, and short-lived exchange-rate caching. These technologies support the Service; they are not presented as an opt-in advertising tracker.
We use service providers to operate the Service. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and account services; Google when you choose Google sign-in; Discord when you choose to sign in or link Discord; and Razorpay when a Razorpay payment integration is active. The Service may also use hosting and delivery providers, including Vercel where it is deployed through that platform. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information as part of operating this storefront. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide the Service, enforce our terms, protect users or the Service, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.
When payment processing is active, transaction and payment-status information is used to validate purchases and deliver access. We do not ask you to send card or UPI credentials through support. Where a product requires Discord delivery, the linked Discord identity and membership information may be used to assign, maintain, or remove the associated product role.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by record type, including account, order, entitlement, support, and security records.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You can review certain account information through your account settings and can disconnect supported linked identities where available. To request account deletion or ask about information associated with your account, contact us through Support. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational records.
The Service is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use it. Do not create an account or provide information if you do not meet the minimum age required to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us through Support.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
